I have two 7lb dachshunds, both almost 4 years old. One of them got into an adult diaper, which was mostly ripped open, and might have ingested some of the gel. It has been about 4 hours since this happened, and neither dog has vomited. They both seem fine but are not interested in drinking water, though they are excited for treats. How do I know if this is an emergency, and what should I look for?

My daughter's 20-pound Scottish Terrier, Hudson, may have eaten some foam from her mattress topper. Should she be concerned and should she make him throw up?

My dog's penis is hard but not fully out, and he's been dribbling urine and unable to control it. He seems lethargic and peed on the bed. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 14-year-old 10lb Poodle, Charlie, acts like he is starving all the time. This has been a concern for about a year. He had his yearly check-up and shots last week, and he eats the same amount as always. He has cataracts. What could be causing this and what should I check?

My Siberian Husky, Trooper, ate a chicken and rib bone last night and is now lethargic, crying, and showing signs of pain around his rib cage. He has not vomited, but he is not drinking water and has been trembling. What should I do?

We just got home from a week-long trip and noticed that our dog, Milo, a 5-year-old Jack Russell Beagle mix, ate moldy food from his bowl. He didn't show any signs of illness before we left, and he's up to date on all core vaccines and on heartworm prevention. Should we take him to an emergency vet?
