He was on my lap wearing the same pants I had on during yard work where I had put out ant bait earlier. What could be the cause of the seizure and what should I do next?

My Shih Tzu, Aspen, is 3 years old and recently moved from Georgia to NYC. She has become very jumpy and afraid of noises, and developed diarrhea with blood. The diarrhea started 4 days ago, initially soft with mucus and progressively worsened to plain watery with blood. I have tried a 24-hour fast with water and Pedialyte, followed by bland chicken and rice with pumpkin. Her activity level and appetite are fine, but the diarrhea persists. What can I give her to help?
