I have two Shih Tzu dogs, one weighing 6 lbs (1.5 years old) and the other 9 lbs (4 years old, slightly overweight). Both dogs have digestive issues, experiencing diarrhea and vomiting after consuming various dog foods, including Blue Veterinary, Natural Balance, and others. They also have itching, eye mucus, and excessive sleep. They were last seen by a vet 8 weeks ago and are currently on medication for diarrhea. What could be causing these issues and how can I manage their diet and health?
