I just got a 3-month-old Lhasa Apso, and I'm finding it hard to sleep because it keeps barking, scratching its body, and seeking attention. I've locked it out on the balcony to sleep, but it still barks. What should I do, and what should I feed it?

My 10-week-old German Shepherd puppy, Luna, ate half a joint about an hour ago. She weighs 22 lbs and has been sleeping since. Before that, she had eaten at least 2 cups of food and drank about 3 cups of water today. She pooped this afternoon and had no known medical conditions. What should I do to help her?
