My teacup poodle recently had her vaccinations (bordetella, Letto & DHPP). When we got home, she started eating the thread off the couch and leaves/grass outside. Could any of these vaccinations cause this reaction? She may also have Addison's disease and was given Metronidazole. Could Addison's or this medication cause this type of reaction? I gave her a Cerenia to calm her stomach down. Now, she hasn't had a bowel movement in 2 days. I would appreciate any advice you could give me.

She has only eaten a small amount of boiled chicken and rice and seems more tired than usual. What could be causing her symptoms and what can I do to help her?
