I just moved from Miami to NYC. My dog, a 6 1/2-year-old Lhasa Apso, started having spasms on his ears and gets the chills. He is eating fine but can't sleep well at night. The temperature here is much lower than in Miami, and he has been through a lot of stress due to the move. I gave him Benadryl 2 days ago, but it didn't work. Yesterday, I started giving him Melatonin, thinking it might be stress-related. What should I do?

My dog, Gracie, has been throwing up white and foamy vomit for about an hour. She also had diarrhea today and is lethargic. She is 25 weeks old, has never seen a vet due to financial constraints, and has not been vaccinated. She was given a dewormer a month ago and has been fed Beneful along with occasional table scraps. My 9-year-old dog, Boomer, has been experiencing respiratory issues since May, including yellow nasal discharge, eye discharge, reverse sneezing, a hoarse cough, and patchy hair loss with scaly sores. He has been treated for aspiration pneumonia, tried various antihistamines, and had negative results on nasal washout, cytology, and PCR tests.
