My dog, Harley, an American Staffordshire Terrier aged 4, has vomited three times today, has watery diarrhea, is panting heavily, sleeping a lot, and acting anxious/nervous when awake. She had a small bout of vomiting last Thursday but has been fine until today. She's not been drinking much and has fresh water always available. She seems to want to be rubbed and had some chicken yesterday. What could be causing this and what should I do?
