I live in a rural area of Alaska with no access to a vet. My 9-year-old dog, Jazz, was bitten by another dog, and the wound has healed over but now appears to be a subcutaneous abscess. There is no bleeding or draining, but a lump of pus has formed. Jazz has had all her shots and is spayed. What should I do to treat the abscess, and can I get medications shipped to me?

My two-year-old mini schnauzer, Sky, has been throwing up bile for the past four days. She has a loss of appetite, is lethargic, and occasionally drinks water on her own. I've switched her to baby food and a bit of pedialyte, but she still throws up phlegm. What should I do, and how much pedialyte should I give her per serving?

My dog might have a urinary tract infection (UTI) from drinking nasty creek water or was possibly kicked by a horse. What can I do for these potential issues, and if I can get a urine sample, could I send it to you?

I found an injured possum last night. It appears to be hit by a car. I have him in a dog crate and am waiting for wildlife rescue to return my calls. Should I give him water or anything? He did poop.

My dog ate something wrapped in foil on Friday night and is still vomiting up foil pieces. She weighs approximately 22 pounds and is around 4 years old. She seems okay except for the vomiting and does not appear to be dehydrated. What should I do?
