I noticed hair loss around the vulva of an 8-week-old Rottweiler puppy I'm in the process of adopting. The breeder mentioned the skin is not red but rough. My dog, Scooter, a 12-year-old mixed terrier, has been eating grass to make herself throw up during the summer, but now in winter, she doesn't have grass and is not eating or drinking much water every 2-3 days. She is also throwing up foamy saliva and losing weight. Additionally, she seems depressed and anxious due to living in a new environment with other dogs. What could be causing her issues and what can I do to help her?

Can you use a suppository for a dog with constipation? The dog, named Sparkie, is about 12 or 13 years old and hasn't had a bowel movement in two days. Sparkie has lost most of her teeth.
