My 13-year-old dog, Freddy, vomited foamy material with food this morning and is now having difficulty walking, his eyes are twitching, and he seems disoriented. He has not eaten anything unusual and has only vomited once. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have 6 dogs. They all got along for the last 5 months, but yesterday my only two females attacked each other and then went after our smallest dog. Now they aren’t okay together anymore, and I’m wondering what I could do to help the situation.

The dogs seem a little dejected, but their gums are pink, and their breathing is normal. What should be done for first aid, and should they be taken to an emergency vet?
