I took my 7-month-old, 10.5-11 lbs dog, Georgie, for a walk and she vomited yellow bile multiple times shortly after returning home. She is now shaking, tremoring, and unsteady. She ate a normal breakfast and had a saltine cracker and string cheese earlier. Should I take her to an emergency vet, or have her checked out tomorrow?
