I've adopted an 8-year-old Shih Tzu who is blind due to severe scarring from neglect. He has episodes of excess salivation, licking the floor for up to 10 minutes, and shortness of breath mostly in the evenings. He also had a grand mal seizure last night. Could these issues be related, and what can be done to manage them?

I have a dog diagnosed with Babesia gibsoni. Can I use the following products for treatment: 1) Cryptolepis tincture, 2) Artemisia, 3) Banderol tincture (Nutramedix), 4) Cumanda tincture (Nutramedix), 5) Sida Acuta?
