I was monitoring my 40 lb dog while he was playing with a stuffed toy that had a braided rope tail. He managed to get a small bundle of loose threads and was trying to spit them out. I’m fairly certain I got all of them out of his mouth before he swallowed. The longest thread I removed was about 3 inches. I have a small Chihuahua named Bella who is 12 years old. She has had bad breath for over a year, and her back tooth is grey with plaque buildup, and her gums look swollen but are pink. She shows no sign of pain and is eating normally. Should I take her to the vet?

My Saint Bernard, Roxie, age 4 and weighing 130 pounds, experiences nausea twice a year, characterized by panting and eating anything in sight. Our vet prescribed Cerenia tablets, which work well, but they are closed today, and I only have one left. Is there something you can help with?

My 7-month-old miniature poodle, Leo, is experiencing loss of balance, similar to a drunk person. His eyes are moving from side to side, and he had his last vet visit in December with no medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Diesel, a 1.5-year-old, has become less active, started wheezing, is lethargic, and has vomited twice today. The first vomit was food and foamy, and the second was mainly foamy. He may have eaten something unusual from the trash a day ago. What could be causing his symptoms and what should I do?
