We have an 18-month-old Springer Spaniel with allergies, causing itchy feet and scooting, especially during certain times of the year. He is currently on a 7-day dose of prednisone. Are there other options besides prednisone to address his allergies? Additionally, he tends to leak urine when resting, which is worse later in the day and started a long time ago. Is this due to an infection, laziness, or seeking attention in a busy household?

My staffy dog was in labor for 2 days, had taken her to the vet 3 times, and they kept sending me home even though she was tired and couldn't push anymore. The third time I took her, they decided to cut her open, but it was too late, and 5 pups died. Was the vet wrong and should they have cut her open sooner?

My dog ate an entire bottle (90) of cosequin tablets last night. I have researched it and the only side effect that I found was diarrhea, but I'm still very worried about her. Should I get blood work done? Does she need to go to the vet tomorrow? What should I do?

My teacup poodle was diagnosed with low albumin levels and had bloating and loose stools about a year ago. Now, she is showing the same signs of bloating but without loose stools. She is currently on prescription dog food ZD but had been off it and on Eukanuba dry food, which seemed to help until she ate some cat food and started bloating again. What can I do to help her without spending a lot of money?
