My 4-year-old golden retriever has a small, raised bump on her paw pad that doesn't cause her any pain. What could it be, and should I be concerned?

I have a golden retriever named Honey, less than a year old, vaccinated, and she has had on and off diarrhea with varying stool consistency. Recently, she has started panting more than usual, especially indoors where it's not hot. She is eating, drinking, playing, and acting normally, but the increased panting is concerning. What could be causing the panting, and should I be worried about her intermittent diarrhea?

My dog, Molly, a 25-pound, 5-6 month old puppy, ate a small amount of bread yeast (about 1/4 of a .25oz packet) about an hour and 15 minutes ago. She has not vomited and is acting completely normal. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

My 2-year-old Chihuahua, Lulu, ate 3-4 small cooked chicken wing bones 3 days ago and hasn't eaten since. She is lethargic, only wants to lay down, and has vomited twice. She has started drinking water on her own but hasn't had a bowel movement in the last two days. What should I do?

My small dog, Molly, a 3-year-old beagle mix, has scratched her eye. Her eye is teary, she is rubbing it with her paw, and squinting. She has had this happen before. What can I do to help her until I can get her to the vet in about two weeks?
