Is it possible that a dog has internal abdominal bleeding, good hemoglobin and electrolytes in blood work, and a blood pressure of 300? Additionally, if a dog with a blood pressure of around 300 and a heart rate of 200, diagnosed with pheochromocytoma (pheo), passes away shortly after being given medication and being prepared for discharge, what could have been the cause of death and why wasn't an ultrasound performed earlier?

Our little dog was fine all day but this evening she vomited (just smelly yellow liquid), started shaking, breathing heavily, and won't eat her dinner. She did eat a bite of a pork chop we offered her though. We are concerned.

Our dog is vomiting white fluid. How often is she vomiting? Did she get into anything or eat something out of the ordinary? Are there any other symptoms? How much does she weigh?
