My puppy just fell off the bench and went limp, with his tongue hanging out and stopped breathing. My partner gave him mouth to mouth and he came back around. I'm scared; is he going to be okay?

My dog got a dose of phenobarbital early. It's supposed to be 12 hours, but he got it at about 6 hours. He weighs 70 lbs and gets a 60mg dose. His pill bottle is labeled 60mg, but he gets one and a half pills. Does that mean a 90mg dose? He seems a little wobbly but not totally out of it.

I gave my dog a capsule of 25mg Iron II bisglycinate and I'm concerned about potential harm. He had a lot of energy and rapid breathing after, and I want to know if this form of iron is dangerous in this quantity and if it could cause damage to his organs.
