I have a litter of 8 puppies, one of which has vomited white milky chunks and clear liquid. The puppy is 4 weeks old and I started weaning them by mixing puppy hard food with hot water and feeding them 4 times a day on Sunday. The puppy is still able to nurse from the mother.
