My dog, a lab weighing 96lbs, got into 4 small square pieces of gum that contain xylitol. It happened about 30 minutes ago, and he hasn't thrown up yet. What should I do?

Our small dog (Maltese & Bijon mix) has a shaking lower stomach. She has her head down and won't move. She had diarrhea and vomited last night, which was liquid and yellow. She seemed better in the morning but after dinner, she was sleepy and then appeared to be in pain. She is 14+ years old, has a heart issue, and is on pimobendan 5mg twice a day. Her liver enzymes are high but not currently a concern. What could be causing this and what should I do?
