My 1.5-year-old Vizsla, Craig, has vomited several times today, with the last two sessions containing more blood. He has a history of food sensitivity, particularly to chicken, and is currently on a salmon-based diet. He also has a suspected case of sebaceous adenitis, which is being managed with salmon oil and niacinamide. He is still eating, drinking, and playing. Should I take him to an emergency vet now, or can it wait until tomorrow?
