My 1-year-old Chihuahua, Polo, had diarrhea on Thursday and vomited three times on Friday. He is now lethargic, refusing to eat or drink, and hasn't used the bathroom since. He doesn't seem to be in pain. What should I do?

My 10-month-old doodle, Ceilidh, has a ring-shaped rash of red dotted bumps about the diameter of a quarter. The rash is not cracking or oozing fluid. Is Ringworm a concern? Will my Fucidin work? We are far from home and a vet.
