My 1-year-old Dalmatian, Shelby, had diarrhea for 3-4 days, which has now resolved, but she intermittently poops in the house and won't eat her food. She has redness around her anus and her tail is down when she walks, but she doesn't seem to be in pain or more tired than usual. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My boyfriend's dog, Ibby, a 20-pound Catahoula mix with Dachshund, started dry heaving this morning after chewing on a bone. My 9-year-old dog, Ollie, has been vomiting for 24 hours and now has diarrhea. He was given anti-nausea medication and fluids by the vet, but the symptoms persist. The vomit is liquidy and contains no food. He hasn't eaten anything unusual and isn't eating. Is there anything else I should know or do?
