My 1-year-old Golden Retriever, Beau, started scratching his eyes and they turned red with a white film covering them, making it difficult for him to open his eyes. I noticed his eyes were rolled back, and he ate a couple of hot Cheetos before this happened. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a 16-year-old, 75lb mixed breed dog named Belle who is being treated for mycoplasma cynos with Doxycycline 100mg 3x daily, Hydrocodone Hematropine liquid 3ml 2x daily, and Cerenia 160mg 1/2 pill 1x daily. She is not eating tonight, which is unusual for her. Should I skip giving her the Doxycycline tonight and consult her vet about reducing the dosage? Also, is the Cerenia dosage appropriate for her age and size, and should Hydrocodone be given with or without food?
