My 10-11 year old Jack Russell, Daisy, has been yelping in pain when she gets up, showing signs of pain in her lower body (possibly stomach or hip joints), is very clingy, and sleeps a lot. She eats and goes to the bathroom normally. What could be causing her pain and what can I do to help her?

I'm wondering if my dog, Drogo (a 1.5-year-old Cane Corso weighing 121 lbs), has a slight overdose of Trifexis. He's been exhibiting symptoms such as excessive salivation, decreased appetite, and a change in his barking sound since Wednesday or Thursday of this past week. He took one pill each of the 60-120lbs and 0-20lbs Trifexis as prescribed. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
