My dog, Luna, returned home with a large pool of blood in the bathroom, indicating significant blood in her rectum area. She was in doggy care for 6 days before this incident. She is a three-year-old female mixed breed, spayed, and on monthly heartworm/parasite prevention. She lives with four other dogs. X-rays and blood tests showed concentrated blood and protein, normal other blood values, low-end normal blood pressure, no signs of foreign obstruction, but very inflamed intestines. What could be happening, and are there any additional questions I should be asking?

I am dog sitting my sonās 15-year-old mixed Beagle, Harley, who has kidney disease. She had diarrhea during the night, and one of the piles has what looks like blood. She hasnāt been drinking much water, and I saw her eating something in the backyard. She sleeps a lot but is perky when awake. Her gums are a normal reddish color and moist. What could be causing her diarrhea and blood in her stool, and what should I do?

My fiancƩ and I suspect that our 18-pound Boston terrier, Mindy, might have eaten some crumbs of marijuana last night due to her behavior this morning. She seems lazy and a bit disoriented, but she did eat her breakfast and used the restroom overnight. She has also vomited, and the vomit contained what seemed like marijuana crumbs. What should we do?

My dog, Tucker, has been rapidly losing weight despite having the same appetite, randomly vomiting clear thick liquid, experiencing changes in urination habits, and displaying unusual destructive behavior. He also has lymphedema in his left hind leg, for which no cause has been identified despite blood tests and flu tests. What could be causing these symptoms and what further diagnostics should be considered?
