My dog, Papi Chulo, a Shih Tzu, has a red rash on his scrotum that he keeps licking. He started showing this behavior around last week, and he has been barking more than usual. He is otherwise active, eating and drinking normally. Is there anything I should do, and should I take him to be physically examined?

Why is my dog, JC, afraid when we are folding laundry? He has been showing this fear for about 1.5 years and it happens all the time. He is a 7-year-old dog who has sometimes been timid and has had a previous owner. He has also run away through an open gate three times, self-recovered from a torn ACL, and is currently on Carprofen and Adequan.
