I have a 4-year-old Yorkie mix who didn't sleep last night, was dragging his butt on the carpet, and scratching at his back end. He was prescribed prednisone and an ointment by the vet, but since coming home, he has been panting, shaking, and not resting well. He hasn't had a bowel movement and seems reluctant to go outside.
