Our dog, Atlas, a Doberman and Labrador mix, has been vomiting and lethargic for about 3 days, with a decrease in appetite over the past week. Despite lab work and X-rays, the cause remains unknown. He cannot keep food or water down and is very low in energy. What can we do at home, and is there a way to administer IV fluids at home to keep him hydrated?
