My 14-year-old dog, Mia Mia, has been on Farmers Dog food for about a month and seemed to be doing well until this morning when she started throwing up last night's food and then frothy vomit. She has been on Royal Canin low-fat GI for the past 10 years, but due to price increases, I switched to Farmers Dog, which is supposed to be all-natural. Is Farmers Dog a good brand, and what could be causing her vomiting?

My dog has a rash on her belly. I applied anti-itch hydrocortisone with aloe for dogs and gave her oral Benadryl. Is this just allergies or does it look like something more serious, and does she need to go to the vet?
