My 10-week-old puppy, Monty, a Boston Terrier mixed with Shih Tzu, has light-colored lips, swollen eyes, little bumps near his nose, and his eyes are producing pus. He has also been a bit itchy. I gave him a bath with oatmeal puppy shampoo today. Could this be an allergic reaction from food or fleas? My boyfriend thinks it might be from the food he eats, which is Little Caesar's beef meals, transitioning to lamb and rice-based food. Additionally, I noticed he has glands that feel like round balls under his chin on both sides. Is this related?
