My small 7 lb dog chewed a piece of plastic zipper. I didn’t find missing pieces and am worried if she is going to pass it. How dangerous is it and can it damage her intestines if it's sharp?

Should I be concerned if the quick is showing on one of my dog's nails? My dog is 10 months old, and the nail is still attached. He doesn't seem to be in any discomfort, but he's been licking it a bit.
