My Doberman, Harley, is vomiting and has been doing so since I woke up. The vomit looks liquidy. She has had her normal dry dog food with a little hamburger on top, which is usual for her. She is about 3 years old and otherwise seems fine, with no diarrhea, pink gums, or bloated belly. What could be causing this and what should I do?
