My 5-month-old German Shepherd, Milo, has been throwing up for the past day. Yesterday he ate but then threw it all back up, and today he hasn't eaten or drunk anything. His abdominal wall is still contracting as if he wants to throw up, but he's been running around like normal, taking breaks to sit. His stomach doesn't seem enlarged, and his gums are not pink. He was dewormed and vaccinated three months ago and is currently taking a probiotic and fish oil mixed with his food. What could be causing this and what should I do?
