My 10-year-old cocker spaniel, Honey, has briny black specks on her skin that resemble roach droppings. They are not flea eggs as they aren't hatching and turning into fleas. She lives outside with good shelter and is clean, but I have bathed her in Dawn dishwashing liquid with no change. She recently started taking Apoquel for allergies, but the specks were present before. What could these specks be and how can I address this issue?

My 14-year-old ***** ***** Terrier, Luna, has chronic kidney disease and her IV treatment from last week has been unsuccessful. Our vet previously prescribed gabapentin, and today another vet prescribed an opioid at the end of her life. Can we use both medications together, and is the dose for the opioid too high?

My dog, Harry, started vomiting on Saturday. He has no appetite, is sleeping a lot, and when he tries to eat, it comes back up. The vomit is liquidy and foamy, with food in it.
