My 10-year-old Corgi Australian Shepherd mix has been throwing up white bubbly liquid throughout the day, with a little spotting of blood once, and his poop has a light red tint. He hasn't been able to keep anything down, including water, and has been uneasy and vomiting after drinking large amounts of water. He ate some grass this morning but threw it up. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog took rat poison in his mouth but I don’t know if he ingested it. He hasn’t vomited, and I found the poison in his mouth as he was walking. He weighs 12 lbs, and I believe he had 10% or less of the rat poison block in his mouth. What should I do, and what symptoms should I watch for?
