My 10-year-old dog, M&M, has a cough that sounds like a seal. His breathing is normal, and his gums are pink. He has been in contact with our other dog, Peanut, since they were puppies. He is on Apoquel and Ketoconazole for allergies. What could be causing the cough, and what can I do to help him?
