My 10-year-old dog, who recently recovered from pancreatitis, is not interested in eating today. He drank water this morning, shows no signs of pain or discomfort, and his breathing and gums are normal. He was licking his lips at night but has stopped. He also has stitches from a lump removal and dental procedure a week ago. What could be causing his lack of appetite, and should I be concerned?

Hi Dr. Scott, I'm updating you on Biscuit and her eyes. She had three doctors look at her, and they believe she has SARDS. We are taking her to an ophthalmologist this week to confirm, but they couldn't locate her retinas in either eye during the evaluation. Do you have any advice or tips for training Biscuit for blindness or helping her adapt more easily?
