We have a 14-year-old standard poodle named Finnley. She has been experiencing excessive sneezing, the development of cysts (one of which exploded), an open wound on her tail that won't heal, strange breathing, stiffness when laying down, and discharge from her eyes. The vet suspects a tumor in her nasal cavity but does not recommend extensive tests due to her age. What can be done to keep her comfortable without subjecting her to numerous tests?
