My 10-year-old German Shepherd has a history of food allergies and developed erythema multiforme eight months ago, with major symptoms including a terrible sore in his mouth and skin issues on his belly and paws. He has been on hypoallergenic food for three years and prednisone helps but cannot be discontinued without the condition returning. He had a strong negative reaction to metronidazole. What could be causing this and what treatment options are available?

I have a 6-month-old German Shepherd that has just started shaking and vomiting. She vomited twice, did not get into anything that we could find, has been shaking for about 45 minutes before vomiting, and weighs about 40 lbs. The shaking is much worse than if she was cold, she can hardly stand, and her gums are pinkish. I can get her to walk but she shakes a lot and moves very slowly.

My pug, Dallas, has been experiencing skin issues and enlarged lymph nodes in her neck. The vet has performed multiple fine needle aspirates and an incisional biopsy, but no lymph tissue was found. Now, the other side of her neck has a swollen lymph node. What is causing the swelling, and what should be the next steps to diagnose and treat the issue?

My dog's vagina is swollen, hard, and has tiny black dots on it. The dots don't look like ticks and seem very itchy to her. What do you think this is?
