My 10-year-old Morkie, Fendi, has vomited several times, only producing saliva, and is not eating. He licks grass outside, possibly contaminated with other dogs' urine. He is a bit lethargic due to not eating. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a 3-year-old pitbull named Oreo who has been whining uncontrollably for about 3 days. He begs to go outside but doesn't do anything except sniff the yard. He hasn't pooped in almost 2 days and his belly looks slightly bloated. He's not spayed/neutered and we started him on a liquid anxiety medicine. What could be causing his behavior and should I be concerned?
