My 10-year-old pit bull, Lucky, suddenly broke out in hives an hour ago. He's been rubbing himself on the floor, and the hives are mostly on his face and around his eyes. He hasn't eaten or done anything unusual. I gave him antihistamines for dogs, but they haven't worked yet. What should I do?
