My 10-year-old Saint Bernard won’t eat, has had diarrhea, a little cough, and is licking his paw a lot. He’s been to the vet, given antibiotics and meds for diarrhea, but the antibiotic upsets his tummy. He’s been refusing to eat since last Friday and has some energy but not much. What should I do to help him?
