My 10-year-old Shih-Tzu mix, Jasmine, has been very itchy, hiding in dark places, not eating, and seems more tired than usual. She is dragging her belly on the carpet, and her belly hair is completely gone within one day. Her eyes are also completely closed with gunk. What could be causing this and what can I do to help her?

I have two small dogs, a one-year-old Maltese named Ruby and a six-month-old Maltese/Shih Tzu named Marshall. They accidentally drank about 2 ounces of regular coffee with cream.
