My 10lb, 1-year-old dog chewed on a 1/2 oz tube of Soothe eye ointment containing white petroleum (80%) and mineral oil (20%). The tube was not fully ingested, but it was chewed up. Will this hurt her, and was it correct to give her milk and saltines afterward?

If a heart failure patient and COPD patient both severe is coughing and you can hear water on their lungs, is this something that’s to be expected and should be continued to manage with the pills they are taking? Or is this a medical emergency that should go right into the hospital?
