My 11 1/2 year old female schipperke has been doing well. Last Sunday, she vomited a small amount of food after eating an hour before. Her blood work showed elevated liver enzyme levels (ALT 337, AlkP 1700, GGT 45), and she has IBD. Could the elevated ALT level be enough to cause her to vomit, or could it be raised due to an IBD flare? Should we be concerned about gall bladder disease, and could Cerenia mask any major liver issues?

My dog, Watson, a 4-year-old long-haired Chihuahua/American Eskimo mix, has been vomiting white foam since yesterday morning and isn't eating much. He threw up some red foam earlier, which might indicate a tear in his esophagus from all the vomiting. Should I take him to an emergency vet, or can he wait until morning to see his regular vet?

I have a 4-week-old Coton de Tulear puppy named Ginger who has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting for 10 days. The vet prescribed Panacur suspension and B12, but the symptoms returned. My husband fed her frozen raw food, which we stopped. She was tested for parvo but did not complete the 5-day dose due to severe diarrhea and lack of appetite. I have an appointment today for retesting. What else should I know or do?

I lost the 6-month Trifexis prescription I had for my 12-pound pet Chihuahua, Clover. I only used 2 months of the medication and need a replacement. How can I get a replacement without having her retested for heartworm or deworming, especially since she tested negative for heartworm and the medication is primarily for fleas?

My dog, Nia, has bumps that were treated with antibiotics and Benadryl. She recently went into my neighbor's yard, which hasn't been cut all year, and the bumps have worsened. The vet wants to do a biopsy. Why would the bumps have mostly healed and then worsened after she went back into that yard? Can't they determine if it's allergies? We moved here last February, and she acts like an Olympian, eating tons and being happy but itchy. The vet shaved over the bumps, and now they are scabby. I am so worried. Please, any ideas?
