I have two dachshunds who developed diarrhea, one (Chloe) first and then the other (Oscar). Chloe's stools are watery yellow with a food-like odor and she had a couple of vomiting episodes on day one, but her personality has returned and her stools are more formed now. Oscar's stools are watery, green, and have a foul odor. We feed them Purina One brand dog food and recently switched flavors to lamb. We also dog sat for a friend recently. What could be causing this and what treatment should we follow?

I have an eight-year-old female pitbull. Occasionally, she suffers from joint pain in her rear leg. I can't afford the $220 vet bill to take her in for evaluation and pain medication at the moment.
