My 55 lb Border Collie, Archer, ate a piece of my T-shirt this morning, about 10 hours ago. The piece is about 1.5 times the size of my Samsung phone. He has vomited white foam and a little grass since then. Do you think he'll pass it, and what should I do in the meantime?

My Great Pyrenees, Peaches, has been shaking her head and not herself. I believe she has an earache. She won't let me touch her ear or put any drops in it. She just turned one. What can I do for her earache, and is there an over-the-counter solution I can use until I can get her to a vet?
