My 11-year-old bichon has been urinating in the house despite showing immediate response to antibiotics like Clavamox, which were initially assumed to treat an infection. However, recent urine culture results show no infection. She has a history of bladder stones and surgeries, and her current blood and urine tests appear normal. What could be causing her to urinate uncontrollably, and what further tests or treatments should be considered?

I have a 3-year-old female Schnauzer who woke up with a snorting sound around 2 AM. This seemed to upset her, and she repeated it a couple of times before going back to sleep. It appears to happen when she is active, and she is not feeling like her normal self. Is this the start of a cold, and if so, what can I do?

I have an 11-year-old male Cairn Terrier who has been very healthy. In the past 3 weeks, two blood tests reveal high liver enzymes (ALT: 185 to 279 and ALKP 598 to 1357). He is on amoxitabs - 200 mg and Denamarin. He is eating and appears normal although he sleeps more than usual and will not walk as far. What can we do to turn around the increase in his liver enzymes?

Our 9-year-old overweight female pug mix (chug) experienced lethargy and was found stuck under a bush, later diagnosed with heatstroke and found to have an extremely high glucose level of 600. Can an indoor dog get heatstroke by being overweight, and can heatstroke cause such a high glucose level?

I have an Alaskan Malamute, 4 years old, not neutered, who is very friendly with people and most dogs but occasionally attacks other dogs, regardless of size or gender. He's not neutered because I'm looking to breed him. What compels him to attack and can he be trained to get along with all dogs?
