My 11-year-old black lab mix dog, Lilo, was throwing up bile until 2AM and her gums are turning black. She had very little appetite today but did have some boiled chicken and held it down. She is also not drinking as much water as usual. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Rhett, a 6-year-old weighing about 40 lbs, swallowed a small plastic eye drops bottle about 2 inches tall and 3/4 inch in diameter. The bottle contained Olopatadine hydrochloride ophthalmic solution USP 0.2%. He swallowed it whole about 10 minutes ago and hasn't vomited yet. What should I do?
