My 11-year-old Cocker Spaniel, Chanel, has been lethargic, not eating or drinking all day. She has a history of immune-mediated thrombocytopenia, acute gastritis, and pancreatitis. Her stomach is bloated, but she's not crying or whimpering. Should I take her to the emergency vet, considering it's a long drive?

We have two dogs, a 5-year-old 65 lb German Shepherd named Iris and a 1-year-old 35 lb mini Australian Shepherd named Waylon. They may have eaten a missing McDonald's chocolate chip cookie. We checked the house and see no vomit. How long ago did this happen, and what should we do to ensure they are safe?
